V. Official Notices During a Pending DRE Action

If you have a pending formal DRE action, you will regularly receive official mail from the attorney for the DRE. This is normal, even when you are represented by an attorney. I will also receive a copy of each notice if you retain me.
If you decide to retain me and receive official notices, check the Proof of Service (usually the last page), to make sure I also have received a copy. If my name and address are listed there, I have indeed received a copy as well; you can keep the notice for your records, and no action on your part is required.
